Do you sell Retail? We don't have a retail store and our products are on display at Market inAtlanta, GA. Internet sales are only to dealers with a valid resale tax identification number.
We do participate in selected charity functions in our local area - which could be considered as "technically" retail sales - but that is the extent of our sales outside the Dealer Channel.

Do you really hand-paint all of your products? Yes, we do it the hard way and hand-paint everything - no decals, no off-shore production - it's all painted and fired by our own staff. Hand painted pieces give our products their uniqueness.

What's the delivery timetable? During the off-seasons, we typically deliver in 2-4 weeks. During the peak-season, delivery is in 6 to 8 weeks - that's why it's important to place your holiday season orders well in advance.

What do I do if I get some broken pieces? You need to file a claim with us ASAP - and no later than 15-days after receipt.
We've been shipping ceramic pottery for more than 20-years, so our packaging is excellent and the damage claims are less than 0.1% of our sales. The odds of receiving a damaged piece is extremely low.

Can I return items? Sure, just keep in mind that all returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. You must get a Return Merchandice Authorization prior to sending items for return.
Sorry, but no priced merchandise will be accepted in a return.

Can you customize products? We customize a significant number of orders. Customized product orders cannot be cancelled after production has started. Orders are generally started within two days after fax or order is recieved. Cancellation notice must be in writing and fixed within appropriate time frame of 24 hours.

How long does it take to become a dealer? If you meet our Dealer cirteria, typically 3 to 5 business days. There is a $150.00 minimum opening order.
